We want to have exceptional service for our clients, which is why we offer Online Bookings that allows EXISTING clients to schedule their appointments at a time that works for you - NO RECEPTIONIST NEEDED! This gives our clients the ability to book as many appointments as they would like and as far in advance as they would like.
To book an appointment, simply login and then select the Name of the Professional. Then select the Type and Length of Service. Find the date and time that works for you and click "Confirm" to book the appointment.
NEW CLIENTS - if you want to book appointments online, you will first need to call Reception so that we can start your client file. Please contact us by calling 780-298-9401. Once your file is created, our system automatically emails you the login information and instructions on how you can create a client profile so that you are able to have full control over your care. You can always email or call us if you need help. Within your Client Portal, you can book appointments, view documents, retrieve receipts, and look at resources provided by your therapist. The link within the introductory email expires in 3 days (for security reasons) so please be sure to create your profile before the expiration date.
EXISTING CLIENTS - To Login to your Client Portal, go to the main menu and click on Client Resources. Then click on Client Login. If for some reason, you forget you username or password, you can email us at reception@myhopewell.com. With your login information, you can click on the "Client Bookings" to book your appointment.
For appointment cancellations or changes, please email us at reception@myhopewell.com as you are unable to cancel appointments via your Client Portal. Please note that we require 24 hours to cancel or reschedule appointments. All appointment billings are done automatically through our system.
