|Individual Therapy||Couples and Family Therapy|

|60 minutes sessions with Canadian Certified Counsellor||$160||$170|
|60 minutes sessions with Master’s Interns||$110||$110|
Please note that 60-minute sessions are broken down into 45 minutes of session time and 15 minutes for the completion of session notes. First sessions are always booked at 90 minutes in order to have time to discuss consent, gather background information, establish goals and develop a system of tracking therapeutic progress, and discussion of and implementation of therapeutic interventions.
Payment of Fees
Payment is processed before the start of each session, in order to free you up to focus on your session and maximize your time with your therapist. Payment can only be made by Credit Card. A valid Credit Card is required to book the first appointment. First sessions are billed at the time of your booking in order to reserve your spot – you will have a credit on your account with us. A receipt will be emailed to you after each session, which you can then submit for reimbursement with your insurance company or health benefits provider. Please note that we do not provide refunds on services rendered.
Psychological services may be reimbursed by your Insurance Provider, Employee Health Benefits, or other Extended Health Care coverage (i.e. Manulife Financial, Alberta Blue Cross, Sun Life Financial, etc.). Fees for Psychological services may be tax deductible, if claimed on your income tax as Medical expenses.
