Erin Wilkinson is a Master of Counselling Psychology student at Yorkville University. She is currently volunteering for HopeWell Psychological.
Erin has experience working with various mental health disorders and has had the pleasure of working with adolescents and adults in various therapeutic capacities. She has facilitated psycho-educational groups on topics such as anxiety, depression, divorce, and self-esteem. Erin is a student member of the following associations:
Erin is passionate about helping clients reach their goals and enhance their resilience and coping skills. She offers a supportive, nonjudgmental approach with clients, focusing on building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Erin possesses a strong interest in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys adventuring around Edmonton with her family and drinking specialty coffee.
