Our Clinicians work various hours and days. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis.

If you are not comfortable submitting your information online, you are welcome to call our office during business hours and we can complete the intake form with you over the phone. All online intake form submitted or received after 6:00 pm on Friday or over the weekend will be reviewed on Monday.
